April 11, 2015 Oxygen Towers showcased at Rajahmundry Property Expo More than 40 builders participated in 2015 Rajahmundry property expo showcasing 50 properties. Oxygen Towers @ Venkateswara Nagar property was showcased and made it brand presence felt through innovative stall design with eye catching posters, standees and projector. As we sunset 2014 and look forward for a bright 2015, thought we provide you a quick update on Oxygen Towers @ Venkateswara Nagar construction progress. 2014 was a year full of challenges: Labor was a constant problem during summer due to Andhra state elections. Rainy season started in full swing converting to monsoons that hindered progress on all fronts especially exteriors. Cement price went up by 25% after Andhra and Telangana split. Sand availability was a constant problem for last 3 months and continues to be challenge. Price of sand went up by 100% with no action/direction from newly formed Andhra government. Given this conditions, we have come a long way and made significant progress in 2014: Completed inner plastering and well on the way to complete exteriors.
